“One of the most common feedback from the FY and CMT “DNACPR” training was how underprepared the junior doctors felt in having conversations regarding End of Life Care. We are happy therefore to announce the launch of 2 workshops in ‘Dying Matters’ week designed specifically to help with this”.
Isabelle Hamilton-Bower: Lead Nurse, Resuscitation Services
The course consists of keynote lectures, immersive simulation scenarios and group workshops designed to encourage us to talk about ‘having the difficult conversations’ and to equip you with frameworks for future practice.
The course is designed for a multi-professional cohort of Doctors, Nurses and AHPs working at St Georges University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
